John 15:7 If you abide in Me and My words abide in you, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you.
Acts 1:14 These all continued steadfastly with one accord in prayer, together with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers.
Acts 2:4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in different tongues, even as the Spirit gave to them to speak forth.
Acts 5:20 Go and stand in the temple and speak to the people all the words of this life.
Acts 19:20 This, the word of the Lord grew mightily and prevailed.
Acts 28:31 Proclaiming the kingdom of God and teaching the things concerning the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness, unhindered.
In the book of Acts, while the disciples waited in Jerusalem to receive the outpouring of the Spirit on the day of Pentecost, all they could do is pray. The Spirit was poured out upon them for the purpose of preaching the gospel in a prevailing way. From the time of the Lord’s ascension to the day of Pentecost, when the spirit was poured out, about a hundred twenty disciples prayed in one accord for ten full days. Then they preached the gospel on the day of Pentecost in a very prevailing way.
We must learn to pray continually. There is a need for persistence in prayer, we may be disappointed if our prayer is not answered in a short time do not give up. Pray persistently for our contacts and even pray for them together with other believers.
We also need to be equipped with the truth. By reading the Word, you will have a full arsenal of the truth to dispense to others. However, do not wait until you know everything. Start speaking right away. We are channels for the Lord to speak; so the more we speak the more life flows into and out of us. John 6:63 says, “The words which I have spoken unto you are spirit and are life”. We must believe that the words we speak are spirit and life. Everyone can speak. We should all be speakers in the church.
